Obituary: Robert Burton ‘Robbie’ Turner, 69, Lebanon

Robert Burton “Robbie” Turner, 69, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was born June 10, 1944, in Marion County and was a retired painter.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Ann “Lynn” Tharp Turner; his parents, Alvin Burton and Mary Catherine Mullins Turner; and one brother, Donald A. Turner.

Survivors include two daughters, Cecilia Cheatham and Katherine Turner, both of Louisville; two sisters, Ann Gibson and Kathy Browning, both of Lebanon; and one brother, Charles Turner of Danville.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2014, at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with the Rev. John Vaught officiating. Burial is in the Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014, at the funeral home.

Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
