Obituary: Louise Hupp Terrell, 95, Chaplin

Louise Hupp Terrell, 95, of Chaplin, died Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Life Care Center of Bardstown. She was born April 13, 1918, in Chaplin. She was a homemaker and a member of Chaplin Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Terrell; her parents, Leslie and Stella Hupp; one sister, Ruby Hardin; and three brothers, Russell Hupp, Leslie Hupp and Charles Hupp.

She is survived by one son, David (Delores) Hupp of Cox’s Creek; three sisters, Dorothy Gray of Chaplin, and June Merzweiler and Catherine Wilson, both of Louisville; two granddaughters, Stephanie Allen and Jill Terrell, both of Louisville; and two great-grandchildren, Shelby Allen and Evan Cass Allen.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2014, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Highview Cemetery. The Rev. Ronnie Hupp will officiate.

Visitation is 4–8 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2014, and 9–11 a.m. Monday, March 31, 2014, at Barlow Funeral Home.
