Timothy Matthew Maddox, 25, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – all others; theft by unlawful taking or disposition – firearm; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

Jacob E. Wimsett, 19, theft of identity of another without consent (2 counts); operating on a suspended or revoked operators license (2 counts); trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces; possession of marijuana (2 counts); possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts); speeding, 15 mph over limit.

Cora Michelle Yearns, 37, possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, first-degree, and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.

Craig Yolando Montgomery, 37, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree, 4 or more grams cocaine, and complicity to the same; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; fraudulent firearm transaction; possession of a controlled substance, second-degree, drug unspecified, and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle; illegal possession of a legend drug and complicity to the same; any felony charges not covered by these codes; and possession of marijuana and complicity to the same.
