Right to Work discussed on Tuesday’s edition of ‘Brooks & Company’
Monday, April 7, 2014, 11 p.m. — Tuesday morning on “Brooks & Company,” host Jim Brooks will be joined by union representatives who will discuss union membership versus the Right To Work movement.
Right to Work provisions — state statutes that prohibit unions from forcing employees to pay union dues — exist in 24 states, including Indiana, Virginia and Tennessee. Right to Work is based on the argument that employers should be free to join unions if they wish, but also free from being forced to join a union.
