Couple visiting town seek return of picture they left behind

Tuesday, April 8, 2014 — An Owensboro couple who visited Bardstown is asking the public’s help in recovering an item they left behind. Juli O’Bryan and her husband, Craig, left a picture wrapped in brown paper on the hood of a car somewhere between the Talbott Tavern and McDonald’s restaurant.
