April 18, 2014

Willa Marie Stivers, 37, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, 4 grams or more cocaine and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity of the same; endangering the welfare of a minor and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same.

William R. Rowlett, 46, trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree, 2 or more grams methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance, first-degree, methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathon A. Jeffries, 26, probation violation (for technical violation).

Benjamin J. Bowman, 39, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

David Lee Moran, 57, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Amanda Lenore Neafus, 37, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.

Robert F. Maddox, 33, burglary, first-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Marshal Ray Smith, 21, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Casey Garland Chandler, 34, failure to appear.

Johnny William Kayse, 58, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Conor Wayne Creekmore, 18, attempted burglary, second-degree, and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.
