Funeral services set for mother, daughter found murdered in Botland

Wednesday, April 23, 2014, 5 p.m. — Funeral services are set for the mother and daughter found dead Tuesday morning at their Botland home.

The funerals for Kathy Netherland and her daughter Samantha Netherland are set for 11 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2014, at Parkway Baptist Church in Bardstown. Burial will follow in the Bardstown Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy my take the form of donations to Special Olympics of Kentucky; the KEA; the Nelson County Humane Society; and the Bardstown High School Chorus or Academic Team programs.
