Candlelight vigil to honor Kathy, Samantha Netherland set for Thursday

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 9 a.m. — A candlelight vigil to honor the memories of Kathy Netherland and her daughter 
Samantha is planned for 8 p.m. Thursday at the Nelson County Justice Center, 200 Plaza Drive off East Stephen Foster Avenue.
Samantha is planned for 8 p.m. Thursday at the Nelson County Justice Center, 200 Plaza Drive off East Stephen Foster Avenue.Participants are asked to bring their own candles, and organizers are seeking a volunteer or volunteers to sing a song to honor their memory.
