Obituary: James Leonard ‘Jerry’ Roution, 71, Lebanon
James Leonard “Jerry” Roution, 71, of Lebanon, died Friday, May 2, 2014, at Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Center. He was born May 31, 1942, in Marion County. He was a retired employee of Shelton Trucking Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Bunchie and Elizabeth Shuck Roution.
Survivors include a special friend, Georgia Washburn of Lebanon; one son, Christopher “Chris” Roution of Seattle; three sisters, Edith Roution of Jeffersonville, Nancy Madison of Louisville and Linda Gladwell of Russell Springs; five brothers, Clifton Roution of Lebanon, Phillip Roution of Lebanon, Roger Roution, all of Lebanon and Bobby Roution and Stevie Roution, both of Shepherdsville; and three grandchildren.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Bosley Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. John Daniels with burial in the Ryder Cemetery.
Visitation was Saturday at the funeral home.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon was in charge of arrangements.
