Obituary: Mamie Louise Call, 79, Bardstown

Mamie Louise Call, 79, of Bardstown, died Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Colonial Health & Rehabilitation. She was funeral_doveborn March 23, 1935, in Bardstown. She was a former bus driver for the Nelson County Board of Education, a homemaker, and member of The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ova Charleston & Virginia Bivens Couch;
and two brothers, Elmer Lee Couch and Bob Couch.

She is survived by her husband, Charlie Call; two daughters, Carol (Bev Grigsby) Bunch and Jean (Henry) Hayden, both of Bardstown; two sons, Ricky Call and Anthony “Tony” Call, both of Bardstown; one sister, Susie (Bob) Collins of Shepherdsville; six grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

The graveside service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Tim Lucas officiating.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2014, and 8:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
