Greer Lane woman injured Saturday afternoon after fall from roof

Saturday May 24, 2014, 8 p.m. — A Greer Lane woman was injured Saturday afternoon after she fell from the roof of a home. Nelson County EMS were called to a home in the 600 block of Greer Lane for a report of the women sustaining injuries after falling about 10 to 12 feet. The woman, 60, was taken by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital with complaints of severe back pain and left leg and foot pain. The accident was reported at 4:53 p.m.
