Memorial bracelet sales to fund music scholarship in Netherland’s honor

Tuesday, June 3, 2014, 2 p.m. — The family of Kathy and Samantha Netherland have designed a bracelet in their honor. The bracelets will be sold to fund a scholarship in Samantha’s honor. The family’s goal is to award a yearly scholarship to a Bardstown High School student interested in pursuing a music major in college.

Bracelets may be purchased at the Bardstown Elementary School office during school hours through June 10. The cost of the bracelets are $3.00 each.

The Netherland family wishes to thank everyone for keeping Kathy’s and Samantha’s memories alive.
