Nelson Circuit Court Indictments–June 4, 2014

Friday, June 6, 2014 – The following people were indicted by a Nelson County grand jury on Wednesday, June 4 21, 2014. They are scheduled for arraignment Thursday, June 19, 2014, unless otherwise indicated.
14-CR-122. Justin Michael Browning, 23, New Haven, assault, third-degree; criminal mischief, third-degree; disorderly conduct, first-degree.
According to the indictment, on May 15, 2014, Browning allegedly while incarcerated in the Nelson County Jail — kicked and rattled the cell door even after he was instructed to stop, and jammed the locking mechanism a access door in the cell door. Browning also is alleged to have assaulted two deputy jailers during the same incident. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only plus conditions.
14-CR-123. Jill R. Lundy, 30, Bardstown, cultivating marijuana, five plants or more and complicity to the same; possession of a firearm while committing an offense; trafficking in marijuana, more than 5 pounds, and complicity to the same; possession of a controlled substance, second-degree, and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.
According to the indictment on April 21, 2014, Lundy — acting alone or in concert with Mark Lundy, cultivated five or more marijuana plants with the intent to sell while in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, alprazolam pills and/or mushrooms, and several firearms. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-124. Edgar J. Norton, 27, Bardstown, possession of controlled substances, first-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the indictment, on May 2, 2014, Norton allegedly was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-125. Mark A. Lundy, 35, Bardstown, cultivating marijuana, five plants or more and complicity to the same; possession of a firearm while committing an offense; trafficking in marijuana, more than 5 pounds, and complicity to the same; possession of a controlled substance, second-degree, and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.
According to the indictment on April 21, 2014, Lundy — acting alone or in concert with Jill Lundy, cultivated five or more marijuana plants with the intent to sell while in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, alprazolam pills and/or mushrooms, and several firearms. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-126. Herbet R. Slinker, 52, Boston, cultivating marijuana, five plants or more, and complicity to the same; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; trafficking in marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of a firearm while committing an offense.
According to the indictment, on May 27, 2014, Slinker — acting alone or in concert with Trista D. Slinker, cultivated marijuana with the intent to sell while in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The indictment also alleges Slinker was in possession of several firearms at the time of the offense. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-127. Yul A. Rayford, 49, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, four or more grams of cocaine and complicity to the same; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment, on March 12, 2014, Rayford — acting alone or in concert with Derreck D. Mason — possessed cocaine with the intent to sell or transfer it. The indictment cites Rayford’s prior felony convictions as basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-128. Trista D. Slinker, 45, Boston, cultivating marijuana, five plants or more, and complicity to the same; trafficking in marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of a firearm while committing an offense.
According to the indictment, on May 27, 2014, Slinker — acting alone or in concert with Herbert R. Slinker, cultivated marijuana with the intent to sell while in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The indictment also alleges Slinker was in possession of several firearms at the time of the offense. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-129. Derreck D. Mason, 37, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, four or more grams of cocaine and complicity to the same; trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the indictment, on March 12, 2014, Mason — acting alone or in concert with Yul A. Rayford — possessed cocaine with the intent to sell or transfer it. The indictment further alleges Mason was in possession of drug paraphernalia and possessed marijuana with the intent to sell or transfer it. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-130. Lance M. Glaser Jr., 32, Mount Washington, assault, first-degree; burglary, second-degree; tampering with physical evidence; unlawful imprisonment, first-degree; theft by unlawful taking under $500.
According to the indictment, on May 2, 2014, Glaser allegedly restrained and assaulted a victim with brass knuckles for several hours after entering a residence unlawfully. The indictment further alleges Glaser took belongings from the victim and attempted to hide the brass knuckles from police. Bail was set at $100,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-131. Brandon J. Dellinger, 27, Bardstown, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree and complicity to the same; possession of a controlled substance, second-degree (2 counts) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of legend drugs and complicity to the same; trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces.
According to the indictment, on May 16, 2014, Dellinger — acting alone or in concert with Chasity F. Nally — possessed oxycodone pills, Vyvanse pills, hydrocodone pills, promethazine pills and amitriptyline pills, drug paraphernalia. The indictment further alleges Dellinger was in possession of less than eight ounces of marijuana with the intent to sell or transfer it. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-132. Shanna M. Peake, 22, Bardstown, possession of controlled substances, first-degree; possession of marijuana.
According to the indictment, on March 3, 2014, Peake allegedly was found in possession of heroin and marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-144. Chasity F. Nally, 41, Bardstown, possession of controlled substances, first-degree, and complicity to the same; possession of controlled substances, second-degree (2 counts) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of legend drugs and complicity to the same.
According to the indictment, on May 16, 2014, Nally — acting alone or in concert with Brandon J. Dellinger — possessed oxycodone pills, Vyvanse pills, hydrocodone pills, promethazine pills and amitriptyline pills, drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-134. Tiffany L. Mattingly, 25, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree; possession of a controlled substance, second-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with physical evidence.
According to the indictment, on March 11, 2014, Mattingly unlawfully possessed drug paraphernalia and hydrocodone pills and gave them to another person. The indictment alleges that Mattingly attempted to hide a container with seven 10 mg hydrocodone pills in her bra. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-135. Richard Brown, 50, Boston, failure to comply with sex offender registry.
According to the indictment, sometime between March 1 and May 14, 2014, Brown allegedly failed to comply with the sex offender registry by registering his proper address. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
