Bobbi Jo Nalley, 37, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; reckless driving.

Mitchell Bryan Rawls, 35, theft of a motor vehicle registration plate; failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation.

Bradley Leo Spalding, 21, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin); possession for sale or transfer a simulated controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

June 22, 2014

James Raymond Lewis, 50, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Joseph G. Chesser, 32, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol); criminal trespassing, third-degree.

Shelby Wayne Floyd, 20, alcohol intoxication in a public place.
