Obituary: April Annette Mattingly, 68, Bardstown

April Annette Mattingly, 68, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Flo Florence Ewing Hutchinson.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Mattingly; one daughter, Ronette Denise Mattingly; one brother, Bobby Hutchinson; two grandchildren, Floyd Nielsen and Kayla Nielsen; her stepfather, Joe Young; and her caregivers, Phyllis Nalley and Charlie Nalley .

The funeral is 2 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Boston with burial the in Mount Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014, and after 9 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014, at the funeral home.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Boston is in charge of the arrangements.
