Alisha Marie Polly, 26, of Lebanon Junction, died Thursday, June 26, 2014.
She was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Clarence William Polly and Chris Johns; and one uncle, Michael Polly.
Survivors include her son, Daniel Wayne Burba, III; her parents, Mitchell Polly and Melissa MacDonald; one sister, Amber Blair Polly; one stepsister, Brooklyn Hawkins; one stepbrother, Cody Hawkins; and her grandmothers, Margaret Johns and Sadie Marie Polly.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014 at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with Bro. Wendell Daniel officiating. Burial is in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014, and 9-11 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014, at the funeral home.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
