Michael Nick Crume, 26, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; no operators/moped license.

Ricky Merwyn Stinson,35, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a vehicle; terroristic threatening, third-degree; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; driving on a DUI-suspended license.
