Alvin Jones, 27, giving officer false name or address; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ashley Byron Hefley, 38, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Barbara J. Martinez, 47, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid or assistance; reckless driving.
