Austin Allen Keating, 21, assault, third-degree, police or probation officer; promoting contraband, first-degree; disorderly conduct, second-degree; resisting arrest; menacing; possession of marijuana; alcohol intoxication in a public place; possession of marijuana; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; terroristic threatening, third-degree; abandonment of a minor.
