Obituary: Jeffrey Dwayne Pack, 44, Bardstown
Jeffrey Dwayne Pack, 44, of Bardstown, died Friday July 11, 2014, at his home. He was born Sept. 22, 1969, in Louisville.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Brumley Pack.
He is survived by one son, Chris Pack of Fern Creek; his father, James D. Pack of Bardstown; one sister, Jennifer (Kevin) Stallard of Jeffersontown; his maternal grandmother, Cleo Brumley of Bardstown; one uncle, Kevin Brumley (Madge) of Bardstown; and two nieces, Kaitlin Stallard and Kameron Stallard.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the Barlow Funeral Home in Bardstown with cremation to follow. The Rev. Scott C. Stith will officiate.
Visitation is 3–8 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014, and 9–11 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may go to donor’s favorite charity.
