EMS responds for man knocked unconscious during football game

emslogoSunday, July 13, 2014, 1:05 a.m. — A 25-year-old man playing football at the Nelson County High School football field was knocked unconscious Saturday evening about 8 p.m. Nelson County EMS was called to respond to the football field at 8:05 p.m. for a possible victim with a concussion. Witnesses said the man was unconscious for about 5 minutes. He was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
