Three injured in three-vehicle Monday morning crash on West John Rowan

Monday, July 14, 2014, 9:35 a.m. (Updated 5 p.m.) — Three people were injured Monday morning in a three-vehicle crash on West John Rowan at Lincoln Way. Two Nelson County EMS ambulances were dispatched to the scene at 8:55 a.m. for the crash involving a Ford van, Chevrolet Tahoe SUV and a Buick Century passenger car.
The injured transported by EMS from the scene included a 79-year-old woman with right chest pain, a 54-year-old woman with left ankle pain and abrasions on her left leg, and a 47-year-old woman with a possible broken left wrist and right knee pain. The Bardstown Police Department investigated the accident.
