Tuesday, July 14, 2014 — Tune in from 11 to noon Wednesday for “Brooks & Company” on its new broadcast day! Join host Jim Brooks and his guest, local businesswoman Ashley Patterson, whose son is believed to have had a reaction to pesticides used last year in the state-funded mosquito-spraying operation blanketed Bardstown. The Bardstown City Council discussed the pesticide program at its last meeting, calling it a health issue. Patterson and other residents of the city agree that it is a health issue — and have concerns the pesticide places their health and the health of their families at risk.
