Obituary: Deborah Kay ‘Debbie’ Stumph, 56, Nazareth
Deborah Kay “Debbie” Stumph, 56, of Nazareth, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in 
Bardstown. She was born June 7, 1958, in Marion County. She formerly worked at Marion and Nelson County Industries.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Stumph; and her parents, Raymond Edward and Mardell Cunningham Lanham.
Survivors include several aunts, uncles and cousins and her caregiver, Patsy Clements of Nazareth.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014, at St. Charles Catholic Church, 675 Highway 327, Lebanon. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate with burial in the Ryder Cemetery in Lebanon.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2014, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, KY.
The Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
