Munfordville couple arrested, charged in Glendale murder investigation

Monday, July 21, 2014, 5:30 p.m. — A Munfordville couple was arrested on murder charges after a man was found dead ksp2in a vehicle parked at the Glendale Children’s Home in Glendale.

Octavio Fernandez Correa, 24, of Munfordville, was charged with murder, kidnapping, and theft by unlawful taking (auto). Correa’s girlfriend, Jennifer Nicole Hodges, 31, of Munfordville was charged with complicity to murder, complicity to kidnapping, and complicity to theft by unlawful taking (auto).

Police were called the Glendale Children’s Home at 4:45 Saturday morning where they found the deceased man who had been shot once in the head. With the assistance of the Bowling Green KSP post, the suspects were identified, interviewed and arrested. The pair were lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing and police say the couple may face additional charges.
