Joseph M. Girdley, 33, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; no registration receipt; failure to wear seat belts.
Jerry David Emmerson, 36, flagrant non-support.
William Travis Bryan, 38, trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree (less than 4 grams cocaine); trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
Anthony John Brown, 49, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure to wear selt bets; possesion of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.
Scotty Lee Johnson, 39, trafficking in marijuana (8 ounces to less than 5 lbs); possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine); possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
