Brian Lee Middleton, 27, burglary, second-degree, and complicity to same (2 counts); theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others and complicity to same; criminal mischief, first-degree and complicity to same.

Robert William Moore, 31, probation violation (for felony offense).

Jason Edward Giffin, 29, manufacturing methamphetamine; controlled substance endangerment to child, fourth-degree; flagrant non-support; probation violation (for felony offense).

Charles Tyrone Poynter, 27, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Richard J. Patterson, 29, burglary, second-degree; criminal mischief, second-degree; menacing.
