Officers answer call of attempted break-in at In & Out Market

April 19, 2011, 6 p.m. — Officers from the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the In & Out Market near the intersection of US31E and KY 509 in Cox’s Creek for a report of a group of juveniles who were attempting to enter the building.

6:15 p.m. — Officers believe the juveniles reported at the market were students dropped off by the Nelson County Schools activity bus. The store is a drop-off point where students are met by their parents.
