Carla Sue Ranshaw, 50, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; failure to appear.

Amanda C. Snellen, 28, probation violation (for felony offense).

Thomas Frank Hawkins, 27, probation violation (for felony offense) (2 counts).

Kelly M. Vanwinkle, 47, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.

Joseph D. Rummage, 61, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (10 or more dosage units opiates); trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (fewer than 10 dosage units opiates).

Lindsey T. Geoghegan, 25, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
