Timothy Wade Bateman, 47, harassing communications; menacing.

Darius Laron Downs, 32, possession of synthetic drugs.

Theresa Ann Devine, 35, probation violation (for felony offense).

Mary Franices Bates, 26, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Daniel Paul Russel, 39, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Deanna Gayle Kerner, 50, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).

Justin Thomas Smith, 25, leaving the scene of an accident, render aid or assistance.

Jordan Keith Summers, 34, wanton endangerment, first-degree; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; terroristic threatening, third-degree; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; careless driving; failure to use child restraint device in vehicle; failure to wear seat belts.

Christopher W. Morris, 26, failure to appear.

Scotty Dean Engle, 39, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-firearm and complicity to the same; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; burglary, first-degree and complicity to the same; criminal mischief, third-degree and complicity to the same; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others, $500 or more but less than $10,000 (2 counts); failure to appear.

Christian C. Vanroenn, 22, receiving stolen property (firearm); possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (drug unspecified); possession of marijuana; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces); possession of a controlled substance, second-degree (drug unspecified); possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dylan Jonathan Mays, 43, unlawful access to a computer, second-degree; theft by deception-include cold checkes under $10,000.

James William Jensen, 43, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).

Zachary C. Parkerson, 21, receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more.
