Bardstown police called early Monday for missing 9-year-old boy

Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, 8:20 a.m. — Bardstown Police were called early Monday morning to the 100 block of Caney Fork Road for a report of a 9-year-old boy who was missing from home. Police were dispatched to the scene at 5:57 Monday morning, and the boy had been missing for approximately one hour. Family checked friends’ homes, and police searched the area. The boy was located later that morning in the home under a bed.
