Stephen Lee Jones, 39, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin); possession of drug paraphernalia; no registration plates; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; reckless driving; failure to wear seat belts; tampering with physical evidence.

Chasity L. Hamilton, 38, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500.

Austin Allen Keating, 21, driving on a DUI-suspended license; possession of marijuana.

Aug. 11, 2014

Mathew Cody Losey, 21, probation violation (for felony offense).

Ray Edward Stonum, 58, sexual abuse, second-degree.

Robert Lee Turner, 45, terroristic threatening, third-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nathan Scott Shepherd, 20, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
