Obituary: Ruth Marie Riney Campbell, 91, Lebanon
Ruth Marie Riney Campbell, 91, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014. She was born July 29, 1923, in Washington County. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Eugene Campbell (1993); her parents, Robert and Catherine Elizabeth Scannel Riney; two sisters, Theresa Murphy and Roberta Huff; and three brothers, Paul Riney, Bob Riney, and Bubba Riney; and one granddaughter, Bethany Campbell.
Survivors include five daughters, Patricia (Pat) Logsdon, Lisa (Hal) Hamilton and Carolyn VonderHarr, all of Louisville, Judy Carrico of New Albany, Ind., and Angela (Steve) McCreary of Panama City, Fla.; two sons, Eugene (Cynthia) Campbell of Lebanon, and Steven Campbell of Bardstown; one sister, Mildred Abell of Louisville; one stepbrother, Thomas Stanley Riney of Burgin; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
