Mary Ann Rakes, 40, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – shoplifting.

Chevelle B. Allen, 39, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Jolene Linda Gerald, 30, possession of controlled substances, first-degree (drug unspecified); promoting contraband, first-degree; tampering with physical evidence.

William Albert Drake, 56, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Amber M. Sellinger, 28, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine) and complicity to the same; trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 or more grams methamphetamine) and complicity to the same; illegal possession of a legend drug; prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
