Sept. 10, 2014

David Joseph Ball, 31, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Rick John Boob, 55, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security.

Sept. 11, 2014

Tiffany L. Mattingly, 25, trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree (10 or more dosage units Schedule 1 and 2 non-narcotics); possession of controlled substances, second-degree (drug unspecified); possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with physical evidence.

Shanon Lynn Sztanya, 40, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Candy Lee Cissell, 44, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Lesiley Gene Couch, 39, assault, fourth-degree (minor injury).

Gary Anthony Aldridge, 46, failure to appear.

Jerri Melissa Tinnell, 30, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – shoplifting.

Katie Sue Peach, 21, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Michael James Cornett, 26, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).
