Greenwell,30, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting; promoting contraband, first-degree; tampering with physical evidence; possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines; promoting contraband, second-degree; public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Julia Ann Thomas, 26, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; terroristic threatening, third-degree; disorderly conduct, second-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Matthew Vernon Long, 36, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; careless driving.

Brian Wayne Anderson, 43, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury/

James Alan Greer, 54, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; disregarding stop sign.

Joseph William Gritton, 25, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

James Scott Jewell, 48, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Michael Ray Hughes, 25, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of marijuana; failure to wear seat belts.

Raymond W. Jefferies, 29, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (6 counts).

Leanna Marie Lucas, 28, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, less than 2 grams methamphetamine; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Redonna K. Curtsinger, 33, resisting arrest; disorderly conduct, second-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place; menacing.

Quacy L. Sheckles, 20, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting under $500 (2 counts).

Kameron M. Jones, 22, disorderly conduct, second-degree; failure to report address change to Department of Transportation.

Russell Stuart Neff, 39, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
