James Scott Jewel, 48, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Morgan Ashley Horne, 28, burglary, first-degree; complicity to theft by deception, include cold checks under $10,000; tampering with physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance, first-degree, drug unspecified.
