Intoxicated man arrested after passing out in West Flaget yard

Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, 11:45 a.m. –– Bardstown Police were called Friday night about 7:36 p.m. to the 200 block West Flaget Avenue for a report of an intoxicated man sitting under a tree in a front yard. Police office located the unconscious intoxicated man near the corner of West Flaget and North Fifth Street. He was arrested and lodged in the Nelson County Jail.
