Four-year-old boy injured in Sunday afternoon 4-wheeler accident

Sunday, Sept. 22, 2014, 2:45 p.m. — Nelson County EMS was called Sunday afternoon to the 100 block of Abbey Ridge Road for a 4-year-old boy injured in a four-wheeler accident. EMS responded to the call at 2:52 p.m. After assessing the boy’s injuries, EMS transported him non-emergency to Kosair Children’s Hospital with lacerations to the leg.
