Obituary: Jeanette Taylor Hatfield, 78, Boston

Jeanette Taylor Hatfield, 78, of Boston, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, at her home. She was a member of Faith Baptist Bible Church in Lebanon Junction and a devoted wife and mother to her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Boone and Sarah Cox Taylor.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Thomas C. Hatfield; one daughter, Cara Cox; two sons, Douglas Hatfield and Todd Hatfield; one sister, Lorine Lanter; one brother, Daniel Taylor; six grandchildren, Erich Hatfield, Sarah Hatfield, Grace Hatfield, Tara Shimp, Emily Hoffman and Hannah Hatfield; and two great-grandchildren, Madison, Callie and Amilia.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept., 24, 2014, at Faith Baptist Bible Church with the Rev. Chuck Waters officiating. Burial is in Cherry Springs Cemetery in Hart County.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at the church.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
