Jeffrey M. Johnson, 51, possession of controlled substances, first-degree, methamphetamine (2 counts); manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts); tampering with physical evidence (2 counts).
James Houston King, 23, failure to appear; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
Angela Rae Carter, 31, excessive windshield window tinting; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.
