Mary Elizabeth Deel, 21, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Benjamin J. Bowman, 40, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Kevin Dale Hemingway, 39, theft by deception, include cold checks under $10,000.

Roth Michael Taylor, 29, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).
