Obituary: Tony Allen Scrogham, 54, Chaplin
Tony Allen Scrogham, 54, of Chaplin, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, at University Hospital in Louisville. He was born Feb. 
15, 1960, in Nelson County. He was a self-employed construction worker and gardener. He was a member of Van Buren Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Allen Scrogham.
He is survived by two sons, Allen (LaVerne) Scrogham, and Anthony Scrogham, both of Chaplin; his mother, Suerene Scrogham of Bloomfield; one sister, Sandra Scrogham of Bloomfield; one granddaughter, Deztanie “Doodle Bugg” Scrogham; and several aunts and uncles.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Highview Cemetery in Chaplin. The Rev. Paul Hagerman and the Rev. Winfred Hagerman will officiate.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, and noon–2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, ,2014, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may go towards the services of Tony Allen Scrogham.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
