Joan F. Cunningham, 51, theft by deception-include cold checks under $10,000.

Tina Marie Gott, 45, failure to appear.

Kevin Ray Barnes, 29, manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana.

Thomas Seth Cecil,18, trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 oz).

Austin Lee Taylor, 18, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid/assistance; improper registration plate; no registration plates; failure to wear seat belts; criminal mischief, first-degree; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces).

Thanial Dee Williams, 33, manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity to the same; trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (less than 2 grams methamphetamine) and complicity to the same; possession of controlled substances, first-degree (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.

Donald Brian Lewis, 37, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.

Shelly L. Houserman, 49, failure to appear.
