Obituary: Wilmer E. Albert, 93, Lebanon

Wilmer E. Albert, 93, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014, at the Louisville V.A. Hospital. He was a retired mechanical engineer having worked at Angel Manufacturing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elkanah and Virginia Ethel Mountcastle Albert.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Smith Albert of Lebanon; four daughters, Theresa Kathleen Albert of Forrest City, N.C., Rebecca Marie Albert of Houston, Texas, Katherine Lear and Linda Lou Greenwell, both of Lebanon; three sons, John Michael Albert of New Hampshire, Charles Phillip Albert of Spring Hills, Tenn., and William Matthew Albert of North Carolina; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by the Rev. Robert Harmon. Burial is in the Lebanon National Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
