Thursday fundraiser to help pay for Missy Ritchie burial expenses

Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, 8 p.m. — Friends and acquaintances of Missy Ritchie will gather Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to enjoy good food and music to raise money to pay Missy’s funeral expenses.

Cox’s Creek resident Missy Ritchie, 47, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, at her home. and The Stables at Mammy’s, 116 West Stephen Foster Ave., is hosting an event dubbed “Missy’s Final Bill.” The food and drink will be provided by Mammy’s, and the entertainment will feature Matthew Fogle.
