Letter: Supports Pete Trzop in race for Nelson County judge executive

To the editor,

Dr. Pete Trzop is a close friend of mine who I have worked with closely over the years serving our Nelson County community. Pete letter-to-the-editoris a person who constantly is working to help seniors with Bardstown at Home, veterans and their families with the American Legion and other service organizations, and helps kids with running Kentucky Boys State.

He works on projects for non-profits without compensation all over Kentucky and the Untied States, but with the sole intent to serve others. Pete has a proven track record of service to his community, and also as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, a combat engineer in the U.S. Army, an artillery member of the local 2/138th Charlie Battery in town, law enforcement, business, and now as a teacher. In short, he gets things done.

Pete is also a man of ideas, which from watching the races, people now support an indoor aquatic center, ethical reform of government, Planning and Zoning changes, and the creation of a pro-business environment. His campaign already changed Nelson County for the positive.

Instead of voting for one of two career politicians with a record of supporting themselves and friends, I am voting for Pete Trzop who is a proven leader and someone who gets results with teams and serving others.
