Obituary: Jeffrey Scott Blair, 45, of Bardstown,

Jeffrey Scott Blair, 45, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Kelley Renee Blair.

Survivors include his wife, Michele Blair; his parents, Louis and Claudette Blair; two sisters, Karen Aulbach (Dave) and Andrea Blackmon (Kenny); a special uncle, Eddie Winstead; two nieces, Kristi Atwood and Kristal Wilson; a nephew, Logan Blackmon and a great niece, Maddie Wilson.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with burial in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, at the funeral home.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
