Poll: Hutchins pulls ahead in 3-way race for Nelson County judge executive

watts_trzop_hutchinsFriday, Oct. 31, 201,, 5 p.m. — Tim Hutchins, the independent candidate for Nelson County judge executive, has pulled ahead in the three-way r race according to a new poll released Friday.

According to a Hutchins campaign press release, a poll of 408 likely registered voters conducted ky Kentuckians for a Better Tomorrow showed 45 percent of respondents supported Hutchins, with 42 percent citing support for Watts and 8 percent for Republican Pete Trzop. Five percent of respondents were undecided.

The poll was conducted on Saturday, Oct. 26.

The poll as a 3 percent margin of error, indicating the race between Hutchins and Watts is still potentially a dead-heat.
