One injured in Sunday afternoon crash on US150 at Botland

Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014, 7 p.m. — An man described as in his 70s suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Springfield Road at Manton Road. Nelson County EMS, police and the Bardstown Fire Department were called out at about 12:55 Sunday afternoon to respond to the accident, which initially was reported as an injury crash with entrapment. No victims were trapped, and firefighters stayed on scene to assist EMS. The victim was transported by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital with complaints of left shoulder and leg pain.
